The Inspiration

The Breakdown

One page we are fond of here at Xross Art is RSA_Graphics, a feature hub that has consistently remained a staple of the editing community. Recently, the RSA team announced a free-for-all put together by the admins and moderators of the page, so the two photos used here are from that collection. In Union, the figure was blended out of the original background to be treated as a mask option; once that was complete, a new edit was started in Union using a blank, light blue background. The cloud photo was added as the foreground, and then the figure was used as the blend option to have the clouds masked inside the figure. Once the look was satisfactory, the edit was taken into Mextures for color grading.
