The Inspiration

Every day on my way to work, a routine standard is to listen to a radio broadcast called Insight For Living led by Charles Swindoll; recently they have been going through a series called “Can One Person Really Make A Difference?”. During one portion of the series, there was one line that caused a lot of deep, personal reflection: “When memories exceed dreams, the church cannot make a difference.” (Paraphrased) It’s the idea that if your focus is set more on where you’ve been as opposed to where you are going, it limits your ability to move forward.
