The Inspiration

This was an edit inspired by the combination of the photo and a song lyric., specifically a line from the song “It’s Raining” by Israel Houghton.

The Breakdown

The photo credit goes to Instagram user @hellohiccups and his recent free-for-all, but this edit started out with creating the main design element in Arc Construkt. The arc was taken into Union and used as a mask while the photo was placed onto a gradient background. The edit was taken through Reflect to add the water at the base, and it was color graded in Mextures.
