The Inspiration 

 The earth was empty and had no form. Darkness covered the ocean, and God’s Spirit was moving over the water. Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, so he divided the light from the darkness. (‭Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭2-4‬ NCV)

The Breakdown 

Pretty simple digital piece. Started out with an overlay lended by the guys at Pixite, which was sent to Reflect to add the water and lens effect. Color grading was done in Mextures.
